• Do Not Track: we do not currently respond to browser DNT signals.

15. Limited use policy

MEGA's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

16. AI model disclosures

Our services may use models and services provided by OpenAI and Google Cloud AI. Data shared may include user content and usage data, and may be used for content generation, user experience personalization, and service improvement as described in this policy.

Users may opt out where available through product settings or by contacting hello@gomega.ai. Our commitments include data minimization, privacy and security safeguards, transparency, and regulatory compliance.

17. Text messaging privacy

When you provide your phone number and opt in to receive text messages from MEGA, we collect your mobile phone number and a record of consent. We use this information to send messages related to your inquiry, account, or requested services, including appointment confirmations, follow-ups, reminders, and service notifications.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties, except aggregators and providers that help us deliver text messaging services.

Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you re-subscribe. Reply HELP for assistance or contact support@gomega.ai. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
